Goede centrale locatie, prima voorzieningen
Fijne, grote kamer, goede bedden, eigen douche en wc. Met de hoge temperaturen had een airconditioning lekker geweest, al was het met de ventilator, dichthouden vd luiken overdag en het openen van de ramen na zonsondergang te doen. Goede locatie, parkeerplaats dichtbij te vinden al was die duurder dan men bij het hostel dacht.

Dots is a clean, well run hostel that is a fifteen minute walk from the bus station and about a fifteen minute walk to Lower Town providing a good base to explore Zagreb. It is also a few blocks to the Advent Zagreb festivals! Make sure to ask for a cappuccino in the morning since it is not self-service.

Great location, Clean and Friendly Hosts
I loved my stay here and the owners were very friendly and helpful. The facilities are super clean and the common space is huge. It’s also two blocks away from the main tourist areas, so this location is so ideal. Thank you so much for a lovely stay and I will definitely come back again next time I visit Zagreb.

Awesome place for basic accommodation. My room was clean and spacious. The common area is comfortable with amenities. Staff super friendly and speak English. Only thing is the bed was a bit hard (I don’t mind but some might) and the street can be loud on a Friday night in Zagreb. Would stay again!

What a find! Loved it!!
Amazing place to stay in downtown Zagreb. 5 mins walk to main tram line. Friendly & efficient checkin. Nice room that was quiet & comfortable despite the warm weather.

What a lovely place! A bit to quiet for my taste as guests aren’t interested in meeting, but that could just be todays traveller. Staff is friendly and helpful; rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

Do not be fooled by the outside of the property which is awful, Once you enter the building, it is another story. The reception area is cheerful with lots of seating. The kitchen area has free tea and coffee all day, and tables to eat breakfast etc. The bedroom was very clean and the en-suite had a very powerful shower. The staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Fineste plassen i Zagreb!
Det var fantastisk vertskap! Rommene og hele innemiljøet var ny oppusset, modrne, funksjonell og koselig. Domo er en arbeidssom, flittig og veldig hyggelig manager og vertskap! Det frister til gjentagelse på samme plass!

Great location, clean, and comfortable
The Dots Hostel was perfect for us. A family of 5 we used the family room with private bathroom. Everything was spotless, beds were comfortable, place was quiet. There are lockable cabinets for each bed to secure your belongings. Nice common area and fantastic location. My kids liked it better than the hotel we used to stay at.

Great stay in Zagreb
The hostel is well located, near a big park and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. There is a tiny kitchen and also loads of information about Croatia's sightseeing in different languages.

I booked a private room and they allowed for early check in. Location is near to old town and 4 tram stops away from main bus station. Super clean and receptionist was so helpful and friendly.

Pleasantly surprised upon our arrival, especially considering the grimy doors we had entered on the ground floor! Definitely a hostel, but had unexpected amenities like biscuits in our room and complimentary shampoo. Came across a couple of termites in our room, but what’re you gonna do? It’s an old building. We had a family suite with a private bathroom, which was bright and clean. The girl at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Mattresses are quite tired (could feel the bed frame underneath throughout the night), but this was a great fit for our family for a quick overnight in Zagreb.

Muito confortável!
Confesso que me assustei um pouco quando vi a fachada do prédio, mas por dentro o hostel parece estar em um outro mundo. Muito bonito, limpo, confortável com um staff super simpático e quartos ótimos! Fica muito próximo do centro da cidade o que facilita o turismo. Recomendo muito!

겉보기와 다르게 깔끔한 숙소
건물만 보면 다 무너져내릴 것 같은데 실제론 매우 깨끗한 숙소입니다. 2인실도 아주 깨끗하고, 방 메이크업도 잘 해줍니다. 대신 단점이 있다면 밤11시까지만 체크인이 가능한 점과 엘리베이터 앞에서 담배를 핀다는 점 정도가 되겠네요. 그래도 숙소로는 담배연기 안들어오니 걱정은 안하셔도 될듯!

Great care is taken in every aspect of the hostel from the welcome to the helpfulness of staff, the decor, facilities and relaxed atmosphere. I'd highly recommend a stay here while in Zagreb. Hostel is convenient to the train and bus station and a short walk to the old city.
