'We had a great stay at the No. 5 Valley Lodge! The staff are very accommodating and welcoming. The hotel is located very close to the West Entrance of the park and offers rides to the entrance on days you wish to explore. On our day at the resort, there were fun activities organized by the hotel, a beautiful pool overlooking the valley, and rice fields you could walk along! If we ever return to Zhangjiajie, we will be sure to return!'

'We stayed here for 3 nights and had a very pleasant stay. The location is on walking distance from the park. But you need transport to visit the other sites in the area. Do not skip Grand Canyon, it was for us the best of all. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the pool. (Bring swim hats as it is compulsary). Breakfast is good and their Western menu was ok. We booked a guide for 1 day from the hotel to visit Tianman Mountain which was disappointing. She hardly...
