"We had a very nice stay at the Lotte city hotel in the beginning of november. We had a fine room, which was very clean. The breakfast is excellent at the hotel. The personell is very helpfull and polite. All transport and shops and highlights of Seoul are very nearby. Myeong-dong is 6 minutes walk. The important metro to tourist attractions is also very near. Also the other shopping facilities and Seoul tower are very near. "

Het hotel is groot, maar zodanig ingericht dat je daar weinig van merkt. Prima en vlotte ontvangst; zeer snelle check-in procedure. Supersnelle liften. Stille kamers, prima uitgerust. Schoon, netjes en comfortabel. Uitstekende bedden; snel internet; televisie met internationale kanalen.Uiterst vriendelijk, behulpzaam en kundig personeel.Heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt. High Tea en Happy Hour in de lounge op de 34e etage zijn van uitstekende kwaliteit. Dit hotel is een echte aanrader!"

"Great hotel, but the airport shuttle was disappointing.... When going to the airport (T2), the same bus and driver were present and the T2 sign was behind the windshield, but the bus actually went to T1 as the driver removed the T2 sign after all passenger were aboard the bus and the other bus (which was going to T2) was leaving. So this took us an hour more to get to T2. The rest of the service was great."
