We used the kitchen a lot to cook and prepare meals (super convenient as it is close to the grocery store). Kitchen could use newer knives/can opener but we make do with what was there (just note to bring your own just incase, we usually do but forgot this time). Apartment is on a loud and busy road, however, host did supply earplugs. Host very responsive to messages. Just wish futon was located in living room instead of in bedroom with other bed.'

The layout was wonderful, great backyard space, quiet location, and easy access to everything we wanted to do. The outside front porch/back entrance could use some TLC. Poor lighting in some areas of the home I missed the part where the second bathroom is in an unfinished basement. 'Lindy was so thoughtful with all the little touches during our stay. We were celebrating 2 big birthdays and the size and layout of this house was just perfect! My husband is skeptical of home rentals but was so impressed with this one- especially the location! We played yard games outside and the kids enjoyed the hot tub. It was a wonderful weekend!!! 'We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is older but it is nicely updated and very clean. I thought the beds were reasonably comfortable as well. The kitchen is modest but perfectly functional. The host was friendly and communicated very well, and the check out process was very streamlined. The only minor downside is that you and really only fit one car in the driveway, if you come with a group. Overall it was a very nice stay!'

The neighborhood is quiet and we came and went without issues. Katy Helped me get the key when I struggled with the combination. We enjoyed our time there and if in Omaha we would recommend this quiet retreat.'
