The rural property was perfect for our group from a small town. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Thank you to fine folks who care about providing a a nice property.'

'Everything was good except for no coffee, coffee maker but no coffee! No Hair Dryer, we had to go buy one. The beds were clean and comfortable. I liked the location. The house was comfortable the whole time.'

'We loved our stay at the Bourbon Co 9 house. Peaceful country setting and only a 15 minute drive to Fort Scott. This house has everything you need from a well stocked kitchen to the game room. We were in this area for a Jeep trip. Kansas Rocks OHV park is only 15 minutes away and we had a blast. We would absolutely stay here again if we come back.'

'What a great place! We had a large group of 14-16 adults, 6 kids 2y-4y, and a 9y and 11y. Ample room for everyone to sleep and spread out! The pool was the center point hangout for the kids! My dad and brother enjoyed fishing with a couple of the grands and great grands. Beautiful right on the lake! The kitchen and common area were good places for all to gather, laugh, play games, and just talk. The kitchen itself was sparse on supplies but we made it work. The hot tub was pretty dirty so we...
