Chose this hotel simply for its location for the airport Breakfast did not excute me at all, i expected a cooked to order for the price charged & they use side plates not the full size & we know why ... I had extremely cold scrambled egg with salmon tried to have a peice of toast & never seen a toaster like it should be on antiques road show So had scrambled egg & salmon for around £25 which was very disappointing Felt the restaurant staff need training no eye contact or greeting guests just walking round clearing tables no interaction at all

The staff are great, very friendly, fast and efficient. The bed was very comfortable as was the rest of the room. The hotel is very convenient being basically part of the airport, it took me at most 10 minutes from checking out to airport security which was also very fast and efficient. The whole experience was very much better than I hoped it would be. A lot of "verys" there I know but :-).

Never offered our Expedia VIP perks !! Had to ask !! They had no idea they were a thing! No king bed given as requested on booking so had to request a room move ! These big hotels like to think they’re something and charge for it but they’re not.. the welcome station of water and bits left empty and trashed by the end of the day not kept clean or replenished.. room way too hot no way to cool it down probably won’t pick this hotel again

Very nice, clean, and safe hotel quite literally across the access road to the airport. Walkable and convenient. I will stay there again. Dining options were excellent with an incredibly friendly staff.

The whole stay was so worry free and relaxing, starting with early check-in, room service and amazing saunas (I didn’t know they have it). I wish I could stay there for one more day just for spa, sleeping, relaxing.

Although I had purchased the room well in advance, I was told they were overbooked and needed to wait for a room. This was at 2200 hours. After waiting 40 minutes in the lounge, we were given a room that had not been cleaned. Toilet was not flushed, trash had waste in it, no fresh water bottle, dirty towels on rack. I believe the desk manager had only changed the sheets and made the bed. I will NEVER stay here again.

Checkin process is strange. The automated check in gave us trouble so someone from the reception assisted us with that. But she was basically entering bogus information just to go from one screen to the next. So why bother with a cumbersome system if it’s not serving a purpose. The gym is a joke. It was extremely hot in there and the treadmill is disgusting/dirty. Breakfast was fine.

USA traveler thinks this was best value at airport
Bogged down with jet lag from 3 long journeys in two weeks (Europe, Asia and Europe again). I was willing to pay more for airport location and a nice facility. Well worth the price. Probably more shopping options than any other airport in the world. Hotel is very short walk to terminal. Perfect for my situation.
