Leuk en net hotel in het centrum

Voordelen: Het is in het centrum
Locatie: Vlakbij Al Wahda Mall
Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kamers schoon en als er problemen waren werden die meteen opgelost.

The staff were happy, polite and eager to help. However the photos on the listing do not match up with the actual room that they give you. I paid extra for a room of 4 even though there were only 3 of us travelling because I didn't want any of us sleeping on a rollaway bed. We were given one king size bed for 2 adults in the bedroom and a rollaway bed was squeezed in to the already cramped lounge area. We stubbed our toes frequently on the furniture legs when moving about in the livingroom. When I complained about the small size of the apartment I was told that the hotel was fully booked and they would offer me a bigger room if one became available, which it never did. I didn't pursue the matter because I didn't want to ruin my holiday.

Staff service in front desk and in the F&b department is consistently excellent. Love how they remember me and how easy the transaction is every time i check in.

Je suis resté dans cet hotel 3 nuits. L'hôtel est a cote de al wahad mall donc pratique pour sortir mais le parking est quasi inexistant. Il faut appeler la réception et laisser les clés pour quils vous garent la voiture. Les chambres sont correctes et spacieuses mais la salle de sport est petite je dirai un 16m2 . Le petit déjeuner est le meme tous les jours, espace petit et il faut aimer la cuisine indienne. Quelques viennoiseries existent mais bof bof. Donc pour résumer, hotel acceptable et peu cher mais je ne pense pas qu'il mérite ses 4 étoiles.
