I could not stay in the Red Roof Hotel due to the conditions, smell and lack of common amenities.

I'm so sorry you were displeased that your room didn't offer some amenities, you found there to be an odor and that the upkeep of our hotel did not meet your expectations. Based on our records, I am seeing that you booked a Standard Queen room which does not include those features. Should you wish to have these amenities please consider selecting a Deluxe, Superior or Premium room. No housekeeping, poor conditions of rooms, almost no amneties. Not worth it. Unless you are really tired and you just want to lay down for 1 night, try another hotel.
