Creditcard deposit not removed after checkout

La cabana is a nice hotel to stay at. However their customer after-service still has a long way to go. 1 week after checkout, it seemed that the deposit was still not cancelled on my creditcard, although La Cabana kept insisting they did. 3 times I was told they would get back in touch with me, but no follow up. The 4th time, a lady from finance finally looked into it, and told me once again that the deposit had been removed on their side. When I asked if she could send me proof to show to the bank, I received a picture of an excel sheet, that basically anyone can make. She told me that a real print out of the cancellation was not possible anymore. Eventually, I gave up on the discussion with La Cabana and the bank, and had to 30 wait days for the removal of the deposit. The bank kept insisting that La Cabana had not perfomed the cancellation correctly.In addition, the jacuzzi was not working during our entire stay, which was quite dissapointing.
