Perfect hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Loved barbecuing in the garden. Rooms cleaned every day. And there is even WiFi on the beach! One of the best hotel i’ve ever stayed in.

Prima verblijf, mooie locatie.

Mooi appartement met alle voorzieningen. Door de tussendeuren naar aangrenzende kamers wel heel gehorig. Vriendelijk personeel en sfeervolle aanleg van de tuin en het zwembad. En je stapt zo de zee in met een prachtig strand!

Creditcard deposit not removed after checkout

La cabana is a nice hotel to stay at. However their customer after-service still has a long way to go. 1 week after checkout, it seemed that the deposit was still not cancelled on my creditcard, although La Cabana kept insisting they did. 3 times I was told they would get back in touch with me, but no follow up. The 4th time, a lady from finance finally looked into it, and told me once again that the deposit had been removed on their side. When I asked if she could send me proof to show to the bank, I received a picture of an excel sheet, that basically anyone can make. She told me that a real print out of the cancellation was not possible anymore. Eventually, I gave up on the discussion with La Cabana and the bank, and had to 30 wait days for the removal of the deposit. The bank kept insisting that La Cabana had not perfomed the cancellation correctly.In addition, the jacuzzi was not working during our entire stay, which was quite dissapointing.

Leuk hotel wel veel Amerikanen en dichtbij het str

-Punt is dat de airco 24 uur per dag aan staat in je kamer en zelf temperatuur regelen is moeilijk. Of het is ijskoud of te warm waardoor de vloer nat werd. Werd verkouden daardoor. Heerlijk strand met voldoende parasols. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij vebleven op de vierde verdieping met zeezicht dit is een aanrader.

LaCabana resort is beautiful as is Eagle Beach. Would recommend staying here to anyone especially families heading to Aruba . The only thing I wasn’t happy with there was only two hand sanitizer dispensers by the elevator and only on the first floor, should have been on all floors. Also one of the hand sanitizers was empty all week and the other one only gave you a small drop of sanitizer . I reported it to a few different people but nothing was fixed . Also right by our end unit room 244a they assembled a scaffolding for painting wich destroyed the view for the last three days of our stay we were not happy about that .
