Nadelen: Free bottle of water on the room.
Reasonable hotel in Aurora/Chicago. However its a shame there is no free bottle of water on the room and you are being charged 3$ for it.

Yusra and Jackie have Excellent and professional customer service. They are very knowledgeable and are very friendly. It was a pleasure meeting them. They made my stay extra special. Thank you so much for your services! Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

They cancelled our booking, has to book another hotel, I would never use Expedia again after such a bad experience
