Spacious and peaceful. Staff super friendly, helpful and efficient. Food great. Great shopping and eating within easy waking sustainable distance, but also heaps of transport easily available if required.

Staff is great and very friendly. Always smiling and if I needed something done before I got back to my villa we would message them on what’s app and they will take care of it

Large space, clean and welcoming. The staff is amazing and breakfast delish.
One issue was getting elderly in and out of pool. A rail Would have been helpful, but we managed. Will stay again for sure. 7 min walk to shops. The pool is was beautiful and bed comfy.

This property is in desperate need of renovation. The staff was great. The villa needs major work, especially the bathroom. Additionally, what I thought was a horribly stained toilet seat, actually turned out to be poorly cleaned. I was able to remove the stains and other debris from the toilet myself, after purchasing my own cleaning products. The smell that comes from the sewage system through the toilet and shower is unbearable. There were also Palmetto bugs that would come from behind the toilet, multiple at a time. The bed was very clean and comfortable. I would not recommend staying at this property.

Service and staff are amazing. Nice quiet position yet not too far from Seminyak’s main restaurants and other amenities. Highly recommended.

Everything is awesome.
Staff is Super friendly. Service is above my expectations.
Location is alittle off but they offer shuttle service.
