While the staff was very nice , there was a lot of miscommunications between staff members about our requests but also about our room requirements.
I had messaged and called ahead several times to ensure that the staff assigned us a quiet room since we were just stopping there to sleep after a ver long journey. Instead we were given a room by the elevator and the ice machine, smaller than the usual and pretty dirty in general. Missing some basic amenities too that they always provide.
The general hotel area was great! But our room Seemed like a very old room, with curtains that were so filthy it made me want to throw up. Furniture was pretty beat up in some areas. Not what I had experience before at a property owned by Double tree by Hilton.
Price /quality not balanced at all. Their excuse was that it was because we made a reservation thru Expedia, so you get the crappy rooms.
