In May 2024, they do not clean the rooms unless you explicitly request it, blaming on the covid policies, the world has nothing to do with the covid time restrictions at the moment. You do not get informed that your room would not be cleaned of course, and when you ask you are checking out tomorrow, riiighht? It is very dog friendly which I liked, but as soon as you sit on the sofa, since they do not clean, your clothes are full of dog hair from prior visitors. We also found left over candy wraps in the bed side drawers. They really need to up their game with cleaning the rooms, otherwise the pool area the landscaping and all look very clean.
