The key cards didn’t work on the room door nor on the parking lot which was mildly inconvenient as we had to get them reset at the front desk seat multiple times. The staff was very helpful and dilute about it but still…

This hotel was great, somewhat nice view high up of the city. Even used the gym which had enough stuff to get us through a little workout. Staff was very nice.

It was raining , windows in room leaked badly. Lights in room were blown out.

Friendly staff, easy check in and nice property. Parking is conveniently next door but the only drawback is that you have to pay for parking.

The room and bathrooms were very dirty. The staff were extremely rude. Never expected this kind of service for an expensive price tag

This hotel is run down and very dirty. Parking in the garage was horrendous experience. There is no room service. The snack / coffee shop employee was rude and very cold. They also lock you out of room exactly at check out time. Also, THEY HAVE GUYS WALKING AROUND TRYING TO TALK PEOPLE INTO BUYING HILTON VACATION PACKAGES---awful.
