Goede locatie, vriendelijk personeel, een klein detail : muziek ins de gangen is storend en het lawaai in de ontbijtkamer was overweldigend.

Kamers zijn netjes opgeknapt maar badkamer is eigenlijk grotendeels vergeten (verrotte deur en vies kitwerk)
Kamers zijn erg gehorig.
Hotel overall was prima. Super locatie en s middags/s avonds Gratis verse koffie en koffie/thee op de kamer.

Fantastic hotel!

Voordelen: Comfortable bed, clean and excellent location.
Locatie: Tram is located just outside and the old town and beach are walkable.
Very nicely presented hotel with a warm welcome on arrival. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and in a good location for all parts of town. We have no complaints!

Like everything except of if you do not use AC and open balcony/window It will be very noisy from the parking below. Sometimes feels smocking smell in the room. But if you in hot time with AC you do not hear noise.

This is our favorite hotel in Nice. Good location near the old town, tram stop right around the corner, and just far enough from the train station. Oh, and did I mention that they have a great breakfast?

We really liked our state. Location couldn’t be better. Very close to shopping, dining, nightlife, old town, and promenade.
