Great location, room lovely, friendly staff, breakfast amazing. Upgraded to complimentary drinks and snacks in executive lounge, lovely space, great selection and brilliant value formoney. Really good experience and would recommend.

Great location. Very nice, helpful staff. Room was ready for early check in. There’s a taxi stand across the street from the hotel and a pub next door. Pedestrian shopping area within a block.

What a great find. I was so impressed with this hotel. I would absolutely stay here again and it would be my first choice!

This was an amazing location within walking minutes to the bus, train, and subway. Shopping right out the door and a great breakfast with an amazing view. U rates the property as a 3 because it is definitely older and needed some repairs to plumbing and elevators but that is to be expected with structure of this age and grandeur. Staff were pleasant and a cafe/coffee shop right next door was lovely.

Very much appreciated the Executive suite in he afternoons--great place to stop in for munchies, a drink, and a wind-down. The only glitch was there was a sign that indicated pastries, etc. for a quick to-go breakfast in the mornings, but that was never there.
