I love the location of the hotel. It is central to everything. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Location is the center of London. Trafalgar Square, Leicester square dining, theatre etc.

I cannot reccomend this hotel enough. The location is perfect. Literally around the corner from the tube and water embankments. Walking distance to Big Ben, westminster abby, the london eye. There is a beautiful park across the street that runs along the river thames. Convient stores, coffee shops, pubs, all around.
The staff were absolutely wonderful. I asked for help about 3 times besides checkout/in.
Everytime I had a different person, everyone was friendly, cheerful and prompt. Amazing!
The gym had everything you need to get your workout done. A good variety of equipment. I went at all times of the day, it was always clean and not busy.
The lounge with coffee machine for guests was great and the filtered water system they have for the guests is also fantastic. No having to buy countless bottles at the shops.
The laundry!!!! So happy they have this! Wash your own clothes, dont need to pay or buy detergent. When your on a 2 week trip with 1 suitcase for 2 people, yeah! So appreciative and thankful for the laundry.
The room was a good size. Cleaning staff was very friendly and did an excellent job. My only comment here is that the bed in 427 was a bit uncomfortable, a bit too soft and very squeaky.
We did eat at the pizza place attached to the hotel, it was very good.
If we ever come thru london again, I will definetly book here!

Amazing stay…the hotel is lovely with comfy beds and outstanding customer service. The area is right in the middle of everything, whether you want to walk to Westminster Abby or hop on the Tube or a Train out of the city, it’s all right there. Great stay, we will certainly be back!

Fabulous Hotel, beautiful building, very welcoming, Friendly staff, room was spacious. Excellent location.
Enjoyed the club, complementary hot beverages and bottled water. Enjoyed our first trip in London.
