Het ontbijt viel erg tegen voor die prijs. Weinig keus en er werd te langzaam bijgevuld. Geen rekening gehouden met de drukte. Verder in het restaurant was de keuze voor de muziek vreselijk en veel te hard. Je kon geen conversatie voeren met elkaar. Mij is opgevallen dat 1 dag de kamer niet i schoongemaakt, alleen het bed was opgemaakt en met een doekje door de wasbak maar verder niets. Het toilet was zeker niet schoongemaakt. IK vind dat dit niet mag in een 5* hotel.

Uitstekend hotel in een prachtige buurt van London, zeer kort bij Green Park metrostation 5 niet onbelangrijk voor een stad die meestal stilstaat .

Convenient location. Bar, restaurant and shared facilities very good. Rooms beginning to become quite tired and dated. Paying the price for location and not the room standard.

We stayed in one of the craziest rooms ever. Glass bathroom doors, a tiny shower with no curtain and with less than an inch high drain pan, which meant the floor flooded every time you showered, no wastebasket in the bathroom, the open closet was in the bathroom right next to the toilet. I have no idea who designed this room but no person from the hotels management could ever have tried to use it.
