This property looked beautiful online and had good general reviews and hence we booked it for our last trip.
Following are the areas of concern that one should consider before planning to stay here -
1 - Rooms are very old and not very well kept. They are in a desperate need of refurbishment.
2 - There is very limited to no undercover parking. You would be parking on the side of street as the current undercover parking is largely occupied by permanent residents.
3 - There are no lifts. You should expect to carry your luggage over several floors. Even the room that was advertised as ‘Ground’ required us to take 3 flights of stairs.
Overall I would not recommend this place. There are certainly better options available in the beautiful city of Coffs Harbour.

Rooms are looking a little dated and we couldn't get a park anywhere. But it was clean and quiet to sleep so that was great!

Nice facilities, kids loved the outdoor pool, good place to stop on travel between Sydney and Gold Coast.

Room was ok but i booked a king bed and had a single instead.
No microwave in the room.
Location is good. Restaurant breakfast was good

I loved everything in Pacific Bay resort. The only issue I faced was
1. Pitch black road at night after returning from dinner. Bit scary.
2. Though I was lucky to have a parking space but I could see other guests were struggling to find parking under the parking lot instead they had to park on the roadside and the roads were absolutely dark, no lights.
Overall, Gentle staff, amazing ambience in the main hall. Rooms where very nit and tidy. Loved it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the resort and would highly recommend it to others. The accommodations were extremely comfortable and the facilities were top-notch. From the swimming pool to the spas , everything was well-maintained and easily accessible. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we can't wait to return.
