Plenty of towels, pillows and product in shower. Clean & spacious room. Staff was accommodating and very pleasant. My only complaint - I booked 2 king rooms and neither were available at checkin. They gave a $30 credit and supposedly adding extra points to my account. We shall see!

It is a great location and a friendly hotel. I like nice reception areas, and this one was very nice. It was great for both relaxing and catching up on work.
I may have left an item in my room and am now finding out how easy it is to contact someone who can help! Wyn

Even from the 23rd floor you could hear the busy sirens at all times of the night. But we heard no other noises from within the hotel!! I appreciate that they provide full sized shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The only down side is that there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom!

Great location - room was very nice. Staff in bar was horrible - for the size of hotel, should have been better…took WAY too long for service - we left
And went somewhere else, which was disappointing because we were tired and just wanted to stay at the hotel.

The staff was amazing! So customer service oriented and very clean & nice hotel. Def would recommend & stay again.
