I liked that it was in decent walking distance to where we wanted to go, cigar bar (Churchill Bar) and the Denver Mint. A bit longer to walk to Blake St., (Coors Field) for a Rockies game, but it was a sunny day and the walk was great to see other parts of downtown in our own time. I enjoyed the singer in Harry’s Bar & Restaurant, and it was nice in the early morning the Lobby had complimentary coffee because the coffee in the room is not up to par, and the baked cookies, after 8pm, to enjoy on your way back to your room.

The property staff were very friendly. Very walkable to lots of locations including Coors Field. Many Dining options, and bars around as well. We had a great stay.

We had an issue with the room door not closing properly and staff were happy to move us to a different room right away. Great coffee shop right outside the hotel. There are some major roadworks about a block away on 16th St and this means that Stout Street on one side of the hotel is very quiet with no through traffic; we didn’t hear any construction noise.

This property is very nice and clean just downtown so alot is going on. I did not feel safe walking with small children.
