Used to be better

This was my second stay in Helka in less than half-year, and while the stay was OK, the hotel went downhill esp when it comes to cleanliness and "small details". The staff is very friendly and helpful, they even prepped breakfast packages because we were leaving early morning. However, there were two downsides: firstly, the room looked nothing like on the photo online, but was dark, bare and very very simple; and secondly, it was also very dirty (lots of dust and debris in corners, sticky liquids spilled on the radiator, rubbish bags left on the top of a wardrobe). I might give Helka one more chance, but I wasn't particularly impressed this time.

These types of accidents are rare, but even an experienced staff member makes mistakes from time to time. We will try to do better in the future when it comes to this issue.
