Property very clean
Rooms small but clean
I refer buffet over the restaurant more options and local food choices.
Multiple pools for adults and children/family.
Night/Day Entertainment enjoyable.
Staff great.
We had an amazing time minor complaints nothing we couldn’t resolved with the hotel and their team.

I hated the fact that even with a Butler there was NO reserved chairs at the pool and it was a mad dash on the Adult side to get any chair out of the SUN past 0500 am in the Morning.

Staff was wonderful they were all very helpful and attentive to guests I will be back soon thank you to the whole crew

It was over all nice. Would have liked to see sevice on beach extended to food sevice.at least for snacks. Also restrante deserts were not great. Entertainment was great reatrante food was good pools great. Also some additional water sport options would have been nice.

I love everything about the hotel staff was so friendly my made oh I love her she make sure I enjoy my vacation ❤️❤️🎉💃everything was perfect

Checking in was smooth, we got our room same time. Food options were great. I love that room service was included. Entertainment was okay. I enjoyed the water park and lazy river.

The fire alarm was broken and went off at around 11pm on 4/18/24 and again at around 4am on 4/19/24 and no one came to the room to check on us and fix it. I reported the morning of 4/19 at the front desk because our room phone wasn’t working. Then it went off again and and no one came until I went to the front desk to show them the video I took and then when I yelled at them finally someone came and we got relocated to another room
