First and foremost, The owner of the property threatened me verbally through my private number after I left a review on google.
-The staff here is absolutely terrible.
-It was difficult to find someone to greet us upon arrival.
-Our sheets that were stained never got changed in 4 days even after complaining.
-There was a half eaten icecream frozen in our fridge, that also never got cleaned even after complaing about it.
-The wifi did not work for 2 days, and when it did it would cut on and off.
-The shower was absolutely disgusting and had black marks, mold im assuming..
-Also the shower head was broken and kept falling over.
-Our towels were stained.
Lastly they advertised free parking but it is merely street parking that gets crammed and your car will even get blocked in.

First of all, it embarrasses us to respond to such a ridiculous and false, slanderous comment.
it's true that this person stayed at our hotel.
but all the problems started after that.
refrigerator, air conditioner, television, wifi all working properly.
The room is cleaned every day and the linens are changed.
This person has another purpose.
On the 2nd day of his stay at the hotel, he wrote a similar false comment to Google.
When we saw this, we asked him why he wrote such a comment.
If there is a problem, we said, you are here, we are here, we can fix it.
but its purpose is different.
He asked us to bribe him to remove the comment.
If you give me a refund or hash, I will remove this comment.
We said that we would report this illegal situation to the police.
on top of that, this person left the hotel and is now writing these kind of baseless comments.
He gave us his private number, he said, "Let's chat on WhatsApp, I will write you my requests."
we even have proof of these correspondences.
We certainly did not threaten him.
Please do not trust these posts.
Our good reviews and rating in the past will be proof of that.
