Although the front desk staff did their very best to try and remedy the situation, including moving us to another room that was cleaner, the overall lack of cleanliness and state of the property could not be resolved without a complete renovation and higher standards for cleanliness and health. We actually felt bad for the desk staff because there is no possible way that they can fix the issues themselves. The owners need to address the deplorable state of the building and rooms before the property becomes inhospitable. We travel often and this was the filthiest property that we have ever stayed at. Never again.
