207 was our room. The show was leaking water onto the floor. The shower also needs a really deep cleaning it was really gross! The carpet had stains in our room, super gross as well.
(Coffee or dog pee)
There was one lady that had red hair which was super sweet and kind. And then another gal which was super up front that was very rude. This gal was very rude to the red hair gal and rude to the man at the bar. She was belittling him in front of customers. This happened 6/8/2024.

Loved the room. Diver made it feel like a two room and even had 2 tvs. Coffe area had a separate sink, room for groceries, micro abd Kuerig. Could have used real creamer and more of it, for coffee.

They keep this property in really nice condition. In fact, I asked the front desk lady if it was a new hotel. She said that it wasn’t but that it had been remodeled a year or two before. You’d never guess it. Looks new!

Very nice greeting and when checking in. Breakfast ends at 9 am (too early for me)--even coffee was removed from the lobby by 9:15 on the day I was checking out. Pool and hot tub were great.

2 words: bed bugs. When I alerted the staff they said they “pulled back the bedding and didn’t see any.” Well, if you lifted the mattress you’d see thousands! I’ve never been more disgusted at a hotel!!
