When we arrived around 3:30 AM, a homeless man was loitering around the entrance. The front desk lobby clerk shoo’d him away but it set a standard I was not ready for. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a cold and short greeting followed by silence through the entirety of check in. I wouldn’t say rude, just not a friendly front desk clerk. The hotel itself had a couch we found food wrappers in. It was late and we had a long day later so no use complaining. The carpets were also very crumby as if someone had just been eating in there. Not my cup of tea for the stay.
