a disappointing 2 day stay

what should have been a straightforward 2 night business stay, turned into a never ending loss of time/frustration: -due to a power black out, room keys not available. reception understaffed, 4 x 30 min. waiting to be accompanied by a staff member with a master key -received no invoice during check out. the week after, trying to get in touch with the reception for a simple admin request to get the invoice by mail. more than 1 hour back & forth with multiple people ending in chaos, to finally have no invoice -in the bath room the drain of the sink missed a piece, not possible to discharge it -in the bathroom no glass to brush the teeth was available summary: very disappointing

De moeite waard!

Mooi nieuw hotel op prima locatie.... Underground vlakbij, en talloze restaurants op loopafstand. Kamers zijn klein, zoals bijna alle hotelkamers in Londen, maar de badkamer is wel heel erg klein. Alles bij elkaar echter zeer aan te bevelen.

This was BY FAR one of the ABSOLUTE BEST hotel experiences we have EVER had!! My friend and I have traveled together for over 30 years and have never experienced anything quite like this. The moment we got out of our car, our bags were magically swept away into the lobby. We felt like ALL the employees were tripping over each other trying to make us happy. We were treated like celebrities from the second we got there. The breakfast and high tea were AMAZING and my favorite part was my server, Sadman. I have a LOT of food allergies and he made sure I could not only eat, but eat VERY well for my entire stay. PLEASE GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!! The bar downstairs is someplace I would travel far, to experience again!! We can’t wait to come back!!

Great stay, but make sure to ask for a room not on ground floor (it’s noisy in morning)

Lovely property in a very convenient location near south Kensington station. Staff was fantastic. Extremely polite and helpful. A true delight. Would certainly recommend it

In general pretty nice, liked a lot, however the room is ver y small Great service, great internet, pretty nice breakfast, nice calm neighborhood.
