The outside amenities are great. It’s in a great location and quiet at night. We had a nice 4 night stay.

It is a convenient located property steps away from Du al street, with 2 pools and hot tub, quiet, comfortable beds and pillows, clean rooms and amenities, the warmest and professional staff. We are regular visitors at key west and definitely will spend a lot of visits in this hotel!!!

2 pools and nice breakfast with Starbucks coffee! Close to Restaurants and Duval!

Won't rush to get back there. Property is decent, staff was nice. Needs bigger air conditioners, room was cool enough but always damp

All staff were very pleasant, attentive and professional. Enjoyed the happy hour and the continental breakfast was good
Housekeeping did the best they could with keeping everything clean. I liked the period feel of the old house but the rooms were very tired but room needs major renovations. bathroom felt like it wasn’t updated since the house was built

Great location. The rooms were old and dated and need pairs. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was great.
