Perfectly adequate. Floor was dirty (bare feet got dirty), but everything else was clean and as advertised.

No hot water in second bath shower and faucet on rear Patio dropped enough to keep standing water on deck on one dide

When we came in the sheets on the bed were dirty we went to the front desk and we were given new sheets and some coupons to redeem around the resort the front desk clerk was excellent. The floor is in the condo were dirty. I got a wet towel and wiped around the floors. Do not expect your floors to be washed when you are coming in. They are vacuumed ,new laminate flooring. Unfortunately, the last night we were there they were fixing the place up, which is fantastic, but we heard them working with drills and saws past 2 o’clock in the morning and we had to leave for our flight so that kind of sucked but at the same time, they were putting new plants and painting, and they put in a couple of extra things around the lazy river, and it looked really nice.

The rooms were great. spacious and clean. They had lots of activities poolside for the kids which was also nice. Quiet and safe.
