I called property before reservation to see if a balcony was available and front desk of property said it would be available for me and my family. Once I got there to check in, the front desk personnel said I was given misinformation…..,,I specifically reserved with Expedia because I thought the property was going to accommodate my request.

Frederick - We apologize for the issue you encountered with your reservation. Unfortunately, the room you booked through Expedia was our Standard Parkview Room, which is what you received. If you were to book through our property directly, we would have reserved the Lakeview at the time of booking. Again we are sorry this occurred and hope that outside of that, you enjoyed your time with us and consider coming back another time.
