It can be seen that the hotel saves where possible:
- most food tasteless
- coming later for dinner means some dishes are not available
- they serve half-raw fish from the grill, when I advertise it to the shift manager, it goes away
- the sports pool is full of paper left over from the fireworks on January 5
- the sand by the pool is full of small dirt
- new year's eve for double the price disappointment with dinner - it corresponded to 3 stars, I had a great new year's eve in Tenerife in a 4 star hotel and it can't be compared at all, just a disappointment in Lanzarote
- food left over from New Year's Eve was served on the following days
- the dinner service won't notice you (especially older gentlemen), you have to walk up to them
- the supervisor at dinner is so good at shaking hands, he doesn't see anything of what he's supposed to see
- young service okay
- reception okay
- Christmas decoration in order
- neither pool had the declared temperature!!!
- in a whole week, no one fixed the malfunctioning shower
- dirty sunbeds
- although the hotel boasts a SPA, it deserves a maximum of 3 stars for ordinary services and a change of management, which is indifferent
There are hotels that do more than they have to and there are hotels that do less. This hotel did less, there were a lot of minor disappointments.

Dear Jiri, Thank you for sharing your opinion. We are glad that you liked the Christmas decorations and that our Reception team was friendly with you. However, about most of your comments, we are sorry to hear that your experience was not as you expected. We are surprised by many of the aspects that you have commented on. Starting with the food, we always offer a wide variety of quality dishes that can cover the taste of all our guests, even more so on such special dates. In addition, it is normal that if you arrive at the hours when dinner time is about to end, some dishes are no longer replenished, as many of them are prepared daily and at the moment. If at any time you feel that the food to be served hot is raw, you can reheat it in microwaves available, tell the team and they will reheat it to your liking. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Continuing with your comments about "dirt" in the pools, this is not so, maybe occasionally due to the wind and the hours in which the fireworks may be some debris, but the standards of cleanliness that we maintain in the hotel are high and everything is supervised all the time. As for the temperature of the pools, it is checked daily and may be slightly affected depending on weather conditions outside the hotel. We are sorry for the inconvenience. However, we are surprised that you commented that our Spa offers an ordinary service, as we offer a complete circuit and a variety of treatments by professionals.
