For sure that they assigned me to someone had done number two in the toilet, towel on the floor and soap was open. Front desk person was real apologetic. Second room was great

I stay there every time I have to pick up my child from Pembroke. everyone is friendly and has always been extremely accommodating!

Property needs a little updating. Room was nice. No hot water on this trip. No reason given. I did not try the breakfast. We went to a restaurant near by.

There was hair in the shower, bugs in the air unit, trash in bathroom floor. The curtains did not close all of the way.
