I did not like when I checked in I call the day before to confirm my stay the lady told me she had me all set she had my reservation and whine got there The lady told me that I had to call Expedia and Expedia had to call the property and she was very nasty telling me that’s why she don’t use third-party for reservations, and our room Substandard The room look like where contractor stayed in and I won’t stay there again

The staff was very unprofessional rude and very disrespectful. They don’t allow you to check in early. When you check in at 3pm it’s only 1 person working at the front desk with 15 people in line. We stayed in a king suite. The room is old carpet needs to be replaced it was dirty and smelly. The chair was peeling. The bathtub was dirty and the water dripped all night the remotes to the tv had no backs it was held together with tape . The pool was a swamp . It stayed indoor outdoor pool when I asked about it the staff didn’t reply they just shrugged their shoulders. . Housekeeping comes every 3 days not before.the bed was hard . I will never stay there again

Toilet seat was loose, no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, no chair at the desk. Phone was not working. Stains on the carpet.

One of our two rooms smelled terribly. Drains in the bathroom sink and bathtub did not drain well. Bathtub faucet needed to be replaced, as the drain plug was stuck in the shower position. We could not get away from the smell of marijuana throughout the hotel. There was not any air condition or ventilation in the fitness room. One out of the three machines was broken. It was advertised there would be an indoor and outdoor pool, however, both were closed. Breakfast was not restocked quickly enough, and we had to wait quite a while for our food.

The lobby was nice and the breakfast was good. Our room had gross stains all over the floor and the bed was sunk in so bad it looked like a bowl.

The staff was very friendly. The room was very thick with smoke smell. They tried to make the room smell better but I could not wait for morning to get out of there. Linens looked like they were recycled. I was not comfortable and felt very disgusted that I had paid ahead of time.

I like the price and the location. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years. The rooms are starting to look worn and could use some upgrades—carpets, for example. Yhe microwave was not plugged in, and a staff member had to move it so the cord could reach an outlet. Cleanliness is okay.
