Midden op Timesquare, maar geen last van de geluiden (behalve wat ambulances en ventilatoren, maar je went aan de geluiden van New York).
Kamer: bedden waren kleiner dan verwacht, ook wat stoffig. Bad was ietwat kapot.
Prachtig uitzicht vanuit de kamer, verdieping 33. Liften super makkelijk, sport faciliteiten ideaal.
Vriendelijk personeel.
Pirma locatie.

Did not give me the $40 food and drink credit they told me I would get at check-in. Overcharged me on the upgrade. Bad business practices.

The concierge and bellmen were very friendly, prompt and polite. The hotel is amazing, especially the gym (why I picked it!) My daughter loved the glass elevators you could view the floors with. Easy access to all things NYC, right by major Subways and heart of Times Square. Will stay again next time.
