We take into account all the criticism and try to do our best to solve the problems that you may have encountered during your stay.
We have taken good note of your comments regarding your stay at the hotel and we apologize for the inconvenience.Our hotel is indeed an old Parisian institution, we are renovating the rooms - a few each year - and try our best to make the hotel as pleasant as possible.
