Klantvriendelijk en uitgebreid ontbijt
Geplaatst op 7 okt. 2022 op HotelsGrote comfortabele kamers met zithoek. Thee, koffie en warme chocolade melk beschikbaar met koekjes. Dagelijks aangevuld op de kamer. Mooi uitzicht. De kamers waren beetje gehorig met piepende zware deuren, waarschijnlijk ouder gebouw en niet zo goed geinsoleerd. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Mooi hotel. Vriendelijke receptie medewerkers. Ik kan dit hotel echt aanbevelen! Het hotel heeft een zeer grote parkeerplaats en overdekte stuk verlenging van het gebouw van de parkeer plaats naar de receptie van het hotel.

Great welcome. Friendly and professional at Reception. Room lovely.
Disappointed with the upgrade we’d paid for. Last time we had more wine/food in fridge. Also the Lounge on 15th floor was full - no seats to sit and enjoy time, food and drinks.
Breakfast in the morning was a challenge- no seats, long queues and food and drink cold by the time we could walk to our seats. Felt like there could have been 2 sides to hot food.
I realise there had been an event , and the hotel was very busy, but disappointed to pay so much for inferior service.
We enjoyed our stay, but feel it’s important to share this feedback.

Ideally located for a concert at the OVO Hydro. Comfortable bed and a good shower. Cracking view of the River Clyde from our 9th floor room. Enjoyed the bar, we couldn't get a table in the restaurant for dinner as it was fully booked, no big deal as the bar food is very good. Breakfast was very busy. We were seated in the back room which they used as an overspill area. I suggest you avoid going down around 10 am. Breakfast is buffet style, great selection of hot and cold food on offer. Great tattie scones and haggis! We enjoyed our say and would return.
