Great welcome. Friendly and professional at Reception. Room lovely.
Disappointed with the upgrade we’d paid for. Last time we had more wine/food in fridge. Also the Lounge on 15th floor was full - no seats to sit and enjoy time, food and drinks.
Breakfast in the morning was a challenge- no seats, long queues and food and drink cold by the time we could walk to our seats. Felt like there could have been 2 sides to hot food.
I realise there had been an event , and the hotel was very busy, but disappointed to pay so much for inferior service.
We enjoyed our stay, but feel it’s important to share this feedback.
