The bed was a little lumpy, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay. It was so close to the zoo, very quiet area (we were not facing the freeway, so I can’t speak for those rooms), and great breakfast options.

Parking was $24 and was a disaster upon arrival , elevator was out of service near lobby. We were exhausted and check in was horrible

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and would not recommend it. It was very noisy, and we were not able to get sleep at night. You can hear people talking in the adjacent room.

The hotel was alright. But the beds were horrible. Its lopsided its the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in, well more like laud in cause sleep was so hard when yiur trying not to fall off
