No towels! Asked twice. No tv sorry cable is out. This place is falling apart. Bathroom door broken. Just not a good place!

Es un mugrero de hotel no cuenta con los servicios que ofrecen en la pagina, no tiene televisiones ni microondas quienen cobrar cosas extras estando ahi y los muy sinicos no te hacen devolución del dinero yo no me quede por como estaban hice mi reclamos y aun asi se quedaron con el dinero es una estafa la publicación de este hotel y es triste que expedia ponga la cara por ellos ya que no pueden hacer nada por reclamar el dinero la verdad me decepciona

My room was crap.. they so called said they'll give me a discount and never gave me my discount.. you can't call the property so it's totally a miss

La habitación tenía demasiado olor a cigarrillo y solicité 3 días continuos que me cambiaran de habitación y simplemente no querían cambiarme, tampoco quisieron devolverme mi dinero
La atención es malísima (nunca solucionan)
Las almohadas son las peores
No dan tohallas
Todos los días se me bloqueaba la puerta
TODO MAL
The room had too much cigarette smell and I asked for 3 continuous days to change my room and they just didn't want to change me, they didn't want to give me my money back either
The attention is very bad (they never solve)
Pillows are the worst.
They don't give tohallas
My door was blocked every day.

I would agree that this hotel is cheap but its not worth the sacrifice. The room was dirty. Hair, sticky floors and a stink you would not forget. Horrible

Terrible place to stay. Would never recommend it to anyone. The worst place I've ever stayed.

Place was straight up dirty. Cracked windows, AC that didnt work. Residue of "cleaning powder" that had been scraped into lines on the desk. Photos do not reflect property condition at all.

The guy at the front desk was very rude. We didn’t have batteries in our smoke detector, not one towel, toilet clogged after using it (#1) once, steps very broken, and no fire extinguisher. Also a lady came in that requested the first floor because she had a service dog that neither her or him could walk up stairs; he gave her a 3 floor with no other option or care to accommodate her. -100/10 would not recommend to a friend
