La habitación tenía demasiado olor a cigarrillo y solicité 3 días continuos que me cambiaran de habitación y simplemente no querían cambiarme, tampoco quisieron devolverme mi dinero
La atención es malísima (nunca solucionan)
Las almohadas son las peores
No dan tohallas
Todos los días se me bloqueaba la puerta
TODO MAL
The room had too much cigarette smell and I asked for 3 continuous days to change my room and they just didn't want to change me, they didn't want to give me my money back either
The attention is very bad (they never solve)
Pillows are the worst.
They don't give tohallas
My door was blocked every day.

I would agree that this hotel is cheap but its not worth the sacrifice. The room was dirty. Hair, sticky floors and a stink you would not forget. Horrible

Terrible place to stay. Would never recommend it to anyone. The worst place I've ever stayed.

Place was straight up dirty. Cracked windows, AC that didnt work. Residue of "cleaning powder" that had been scraped into lines on the desk. Photos do not reflect property condition at all.

The guy at the front desk was very rude. We didn’t have batteries in our smoke detector, not one towel, toilet clogged after using it (#1) once, steps very broken, and no fire extinguisher. Also a lady came in that requested the first floor because she had a service dog that neither her or him could walk up stairs; he gave her a 3 floor with no other option or care to accommodate her. -100/10 would not recommend to a friend

Got there to check in and was told no tvs or cable so asked for refund was told I would get it threw Expedia then Expedia send them the request for refund and they deny it… like really…

You must have $50 cash deposit when you check into the hotel and after they check the room when you leave it will be returned to you.
This property is very old and needs much repairs... It is satisfactory for a one-night stay if you are on a very tight budget.
However please note that the other hotels opposite this one only cost a little more and they are a much better condition.
It is better than sleeping on the street, the homeless shelter, or in your 🚗 car since at least you can 🚿 here.

NASTY!!!! Rundown!!!!! NO TV, NO TISSUE, NO TOWELS!!!!! AND THEY MAKE YOU GIVE A $50 Deposit!!!!!!!! Shower didn’t work either!!!!

Geplaatst op 4 dec. 2023 op HotelsThe place was scary for sure. Debris EVERYWHERE outside as they were remodeling, but made no effort to hide the trash. There were broken toilet seats and glass and literal trash scattered all over the premesis. The pool water was green. There were 3 roaches in my hotel. They didnt give me any towels or soap. The walls were thin that i could hear the neighbors all night. The top lock was broken, so i only had the 1 lock. There were stains and holes everywhere. I only stayed there because i was solo and had no other option except for my car, and i am not from this state. The tv and microwave were broken and i wasnt informed of that until i got there. When i booked online it said id have those things. I wish i had taken more pictures, but i didnt know id get the chance to review this place. This is all i took, but i promise, it is way worse than the pictures look. Spend your money elsewhere.
