The hotel was very nice. They have a very strict 4pm check-in policy and charged us $25 for early check in at 2 pm. Aside from that, it’s very conveniently located near Magnificent mile. We walked most of the time but there is a bus stop around.

Bathtubs chipping. Door in bathroom
Had erosion. Found licorice under table. They did rush and had our room ready before normal check in though.

Could hardly see out the windows, really dirty, but I understand this time of year they have not started to clean outside windows.
