Average hotel but not up to Omni standard

We were extremely disappointed in both the comfort of the room and the quality of the food at the Omni, especially for the rate paid. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were extrememely uncomfortable. Service was lacking and was very disappointing, especially considering we were part of a large wedding at the hotel. When we arrived at the salon, the bridesmaids ordered champagne to be delivered during our services. After two discussions with the front desk, the champage finally arrived as the last girl checked out about TWO HOURS later. Their excuse? They were closing the restaurant for a reception and they "forgot". The room service was awful, and two times we were delivered the wrong food. There was no apology offered or compensation, even though the first time they brought both meals incorrect...the replacement meals were also wrong!! It is a shame that an Omni can offer such poor food and service at such high prices. We won't be back.
