They were over booked so we did not have a room available, even though I confirmed my reservation. We had to get back into our car with our luggage and go to “a sister hotel”. Again take our luggage out and check in. And then walk around the entire building to get our room. I paid for 2 double beds and had to take 1 king. Frustrating!!
