Waited 3 hours for clean towels, while our toilet was leaking.

During my 2 day stay, I discovered there was a big stain on the sofa on next day. Which I did not like, hence 4 stars Apart from that everything was good.

The staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. The food at the restaurant was very good, but I had a ministrone soup and a salad(just normal size) with a grilled chicken breast. After tax and tip it was $44! Although, at 1st glance the hotel looked nice, when I got to the room, it certainly needed some work, and updating -there were cracks in the tiles and caulking of the bathroom, the carpet and wallpaper were dated. It was all clean, mind you, but, definitely needed work. I certainly was pleasantly surprised that there was ZERO airplane noise :)
