Nice lobby. Friendly and professional staff. Clean, comfortable room. Great location. If you’re a walker you can start at the hotel and do a great urban hike around north SF which IMHO is the best part - Marina, Presidio, Pacific Heights, the wharf, Chrissy Beach, Lands End, etc, and grab a $20 sundae at Ghirardelli when you’re done.

I like the location and thought the brick walls in our room were really cool. Comfortable bed.

Lovely stay, but sad to see so many restaurants have shut down in the area due to Covid

Wonderful location, hotel is very nice, restaurant is good. They did not have in room spa services as advertised, and the bed was hard and lumpy and possibly the most uncomfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in - but other than that the rooms were well designed and comfortable and clean.

I saw earlier reviews and not at all it is a wonderful property. Bad bathrooms, charge for water, minimum stuff, carpet rooms with no slippers in the room, in my opinion expensive for what you get. Location is very good tough.
