German roaches. Dirty, stained mattress. Price gouging because of event in area.

We were in town for a concert (Rock the Country), I received an email from the hotel the morning of our arrival with an option to complete online check-in. I checked in online and during that process there was an option to add "super late check out" to the bill. I added that and we planned our weekend around the fact that we can stay Saturday until 4pm (enjoy the pool, shower, and then go to the concert). Upon physical arrival to the hotel I was informed "they don't do that anymore" and that a room wasn't ready yet (5:30pm) but that it's mostly ready and someone will bring our towels up to us. The hotel room itself was decent, fridge and TV worked but our comforter had a cigarette looking burn on it. The bed and pillows weren't comfortable and the room was damp, so the sheets felt sticky. The shower had good pressure and had hot water, which was nice! We got a knock on the door around 9:30am (check out is 11am) and when we didn't immediately respond, because we were sleeping, they came right on into our room. They then told us to leave the door open when we leave, we let them know we would. We then continued to get knocks on the door several times after. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again.

I had contacted the Office a month before our stay and let them know my husband was in a wheelchair and we needed a handicap room. We were not given one and they were sold out. The bathroom door hit the toilet so it made it very difficult for him to go to the bathroom. He had to sit on the side of the bathtub and i poored water over his head to wash his hair. All in all very inconvenient room. If they would have told me when i called they would not have a room for us i would have canceled and gone somewhere else.

Booked this hotel in October 2023 for a concert event. Arrived at the property at 3 pm. Waited an hour to get checked in. While waiting several people who i saw was checked in returned to the lobby stating someone was in their room. Had to wait yet again so the staff could take care of those already checked jn Finally make it to our room to find a moldy smell. Anxious to get to our event, since it started at 3,we left the property. We returned approximate 11p., to turn the lights on and saw some flying bugs. After looking around we saw a few roaches, Not acceptable Bathroom amd mini fridge were filthy. NEVER AGAIN! Y'all had 8 months to prepare for this event.

The pictures online are misleading the pool is very dirty and the area surrounding this hotel is very unsafe

Shower did not work right bathroom window would fall out if not in the right spot a lot of scratchy people around.
