one of the worst place to be rooms are ok abd clean but outside and corridors dirty to many jobless ppl hanging around...AND TOP OF ALL the hotel on total fire same night i was there

I liked the location as I had meetings at the Dept. of Commerce ( about a block away). My other meetings were up on the hill which was a nice walk also. The building seems rather old but well kept. The exercise room could be larger with better equipment and have the TV working. Everything in my room was working. Good quick access to I-5 and easy parking and not in a congested area.

The shower didn't work and I had to Move to another room, no one helped me With all my things. I was double charged for that night. I am still waiting for my credit adjustment.

Area is creepy at night, though well lit. Had to be let into laundry facility since apparently clothes get stolen. Old beat up place. Tub backed up with water when attempted to shower. Opted to skip shower. Comparable to older motel 6 or 8! Not a 3 or 2.5 star.

This property was safe, clean, VERY comfortable, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. We had a truly restful night sleep. I stay in many hotels and this is a hotel I would definitely stay in again.

Place to rest your head

Just an okay place to sleep for five days. Mediocre breakfast rotates every other day (sausage vs biscuits & gravy). Fitness center was a treadmill in a tiny room. Staff was friendly though. Walking distance to downtown. Felt safe.
