I don't usually give reviews, but this hotel needs to remodel or something, or demolish. The corridors are filthy, the elevator was not clean, and very slow, the door to our room on the fifth floor was very difficult to open and had to be forced open, there was a crack in our ceiling where it looked like water damage was and probably painted over, the room had a dusty smell, most outlets didn't work, and the ones that did would shoot soarks when we plugged in our phone chargers, lamps had USB chargers, but none worked, the toilet was in the middle of the bathroom (seriously, in the middle) and not close to the wall, i couldn't shower because the shower head was leaking and spraying out of the tub and through the shower curtain and flodded the floor, just overall dirty walls and marks on the walls like the room had been altered, but badly. Also saw a lady smoking while sitting right inside her room with the door open (guess she thought none of the smoke would stay in the room) right near the office and they didnt seem to care. Really wish i could get a refund. Will not ever stay at another Clarion based on this experience.
