Terrible from start to finish .
Allocated on top floor, appeared to be mainly storage rooms,stained carpets wall scuffed. But as it was 2am I went to bed. The room was clean ,but very dated.
Next morning I couldn’t get the shower to work ,and also the tv. I asked a room attendant to help me with this,she agreed the batteries weren’t working in remote,she went to next room to get another but there wasn’t one!!!
Breakfast was a massive let down,poor selection ,needed replenishing ,the ambience of the restaraunt was non existent .very poor for a stay that had cost me (solo traveller) £/112
I did complain at check out,the receptionist explained the hotel was being refurbished .no good for me ,won’t stay again she made no attempt to refer my complaint to management .
