This property needs renovated. It is in a beautiful location with amazing views however, the windows need to be replaced to be able to enjoy those views. I stayed two nights and my first room had a shower that didn’t work. I was sent to a second room at 10 PM and the shower there also did not work. Finally, a maintenance engineer came and replaced the hardware in the shower THE NEXT DAY. . That shower worked well but would not turn off. The phone in my room did not work and I was not able to contact the front desk. Using my cell phone I called the hotel and was put on hold for 12 minutes. My final attempt to call the hotel Worked, but nobody helped me with my running shower. I checked out of the hotel with the water still drizzling down. I had other problems, but I will save you all of the details. This is not the first time I’ve had a negative experience at a Doubletree hotel. Great city, poor accommodation.

Wonderful location on subway and easy walk to restaurants, cafe's. Gym and pool are nice and rooms are lovely. Prices are reasonable. We'll come again.

We stayed for the Broad Street Run and this Hotel was perfect. Clean, spacious and a perfect location.

The hotel is clearly mid-tier, clean and comfortable enough with friendly, accommodating staff. There is a safe, which is good, and a small kitchen in our small suite. However, the towels and linens are not premium—or even soft—many provided toiletries are in dispensers, and there are no robes. Overall, the room is adequate, the staff is professional, and it is a fair value for a mid-tier property. come from institutional appearing dispensers, and there are none of the expected robes. Overall, the hotel is a fair value, staffed by good people and a fair valur.

The shower did not work properly, so I needed to stand in three inches of dirty water while I showered. The diverter switch was stuck half shower, half spout. A microwave and minifridge does not constitute a full kitchen. How are the metal pots and pans used?

I was traveling with my wife and my mother-in-law who is mentally ill will schizophrenia. I chose this location because I am a travelling photographer and this hotel is close to several venues. On Sunday night I picked up my cousin to go to a concert with me who is also disabled he has Multiple sclerosis, and it is difficult for him to walk. When we returned to the Hotel around 12am I needed to wave a cab for my cousin. I was carrying my Sony A7iii camera, a phone and portable phone charger, a bottle of champagne my hands were full. At the hotel entrance I did not want to stand outside holding these items. Especially my Sony A7ii camera, so I asked the concierge who sits right by the front door if they could keep an eye on my items while I wave a cab for my cousin, I would be visible from the concierge desk through the glass windows so I did not think that would be a problem. Before the concierge could reply, a man from Hotel Security said No she can’t do that. He then proceeded to ask me for my hotel key to prove that I was staying in the hotel. I showed him my key then I went outside with all my belongings and waved a cab for my cousin. While waiting for a cab my cousin actually fell outside because his balance is not that good. So, I was very disappointed on my stay and how the hotel took no accountability on this problem, when I called the hotel front desk the woman, I spoke to was rude.
